On the photo seems small compare to shoes but actually almost exact size of my sole when compared to my foot itself. super sticky. as for the feeling of wearing, it doesn't need to cover entire shoe since it has gel that pushes against specific places on the soles. as long as you feel comfortable, it's okay. im wearing special shoe soles myself so it feels pretty natural to me. some may not like it on the first place. i only worry that it can get less sticky over time due to dust and dirt from shoe to shoe if change a lot. my honest opinion, i'd recommend buying 1 pair for each pair of heels so you don't have to peel it off all the time. i will keep only 1 pair since i'm not wearing heels that often. after a hot sweaty day, will update
